Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the silk items and place them in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
